After years of navigating supply chains and searching for higher quality screenprint execution, we got tired of waiting on others to deliver. Taking decades of production experience and an uncompromising commitment to detail that has always defined 12ozProphet, we launched a screenprinting facility of our own. We did this because we knew we could do better, and staked our reputation on producing results.
At the center of our facility is the best computer-driven, automated press money can buy, operated by a team driven by a meticulous commitment to detail and execution. From bold, crisp graphics to simulated-process photo prints, and a capacity to print as many as 10 colors at speeds of up to 1000 pieces an hour, we’ve developed a working process and production philosophy that allows us to deliver on projects at any scale.
Strategically located in NW Montana, our facility is able to leverage lower operating costs to deliver superior quality at cost-competitive rates even after factoring in shipping costs. Ultimately we’ve accomplished what we felt very few others could; quality that speaks for itself and details that get talked about.
Uncompromising quality
Some print shops are all talk and no action. We know because we’ve been through it. It’s why we spared no expense in creating a setup that would deliver the results we’d been chasing for our clients and ourselves.
Our appreciation for detail comes from our experience with creative services and product development and an understanding that the most subtle details are what get people talking. We apply that experience in how we execute, because it’s one thing to appreciate details and another thing to produce them. We’ve armed ourselves with the best tools and workflows in the industry, from equipment to software, to create a turnkey print shop designed to deliver quality beyond what you expect.
